Thru the client portal you can change details of your personalia, have insight in your appointments, and you can download your annual overview. It is also possible to access the webshop thru the client portal.

Frequently asked questions

    • Do you have a Visser Service subscription? For orders under €30, we charge €7.95. For orders over € 30, no postage costs are charged.
    • You do not have a Visser Service subscription? Then you always pay € 7.95 postage and packing per order.
  • Of course it is possible to reschedule an appointment if the one you previously made no longer suits you. We kindly ask you to notify us in good time, at least 24 hours in advance, by calling 088 900 80 80. When you make an appointment with us, we set aside time for you. If you do not cancel an appointment or do not do so in time, we will unfortunately be forced to charge for a check-up. The current rates can be found on our Eye Care Rates page.

  • We aim to ship solutions ordered before 12 pm the same day, together with the corresponding invoice. If there are any uncertainties regarding your order, our service bureau will try to contact you by phone the same day.

    Due to the global production limitations, the delivery time of your lenses and/or solutions may be longer than you are used to. We ask for your understanding.

  • If we have to store personal data, this is always done in a highly secured environment. If you fill in forms on our website, we will only use your personal data to contact you. We may need your date of birth to ensure that we retrieve the correct information. You can read more about this in our privacy statement.
