The order form is for ordering solutions, the contact form for approaching our service bureau, the change form for reporting changes to your details, the complaint form for reporting a complaint, and the cancellation form for terminating your Visser Service Subscription. You can request an annual overview by completing the Annual Overview form.
Frequently asked questions
The postage costs for an order are € 7,95. Customers with a Visser Service Subscription do not pay postage costs if the order amount is € 30,- or higher.
Of course it is possible to reschedule an appointment if the one you previously made no longer suits you. We kindly ask you to notify us in good time, at least 24 hours in advance, by calling 088 900 80 80. When you make an appointment with us, we set aside time for you. If you don’t cancel an appointment or don’t cancel it in time, we are unfortunately forced to charge € 33,50.
We aim to ship solutions ordered before 12 pm the same day, together with the corresponding invoice. If there are any uncertainties regarding your order, our service bureau will try to contact you by phone the same day.
Due to the global production limitations, the delivery time of your lenses and/or solutions may be longer than you are used to. We ask for your understanding.
This isn’t possible just yet. We are working hard to make it possible in the near future.
If we have to store personal data, this is always done in a highly secured environment. If you fill in forms on our website, we will only use your personal data to contact you.
